Gregory has been a licensed real estate broker in the Bay Area for over 30 years. Greg’s career started by purchasing the Kaiser Estate in Piedmont/Montclair California. From there he focused selling and marketing in high end luxury real estate with the founding of Select Real Estate in Piedmont California. Select Real Estate was his first Brokerage in the early 90’s. Buying, Selling and Developing one of a kind high end custom homes has always been his passion. Greg is also the owner of Woehrle Development and Woehrle and Sons Builders which were also established in the early 90’s to develop and build custom homes in Lafayette, Orinda, Alamo, Piedmont, and Walnut Creek. He is a principal developer of high-end real estate in the Greater Bay Area and has exceptional knowledge in Land, Land Subdivision, Land Sales, Processing and Permitting and custom home building. He established the Lucas Ranch Gallery (LR Gallery), the brick and mortar location for Woehrle Real Estate and Woehrle Development and the Early Diagnosis Foundation. Greg has lived in Lafayette now for over 25 years and has raised his six children there in the Happy Valley area and has enjoyed the Lamorinda lifestyle for decades. Teaming up with his Daughter Samantha (recent graduate of Washington State University and soon to be Agent/Co Broker), are together creating the first Father Daughter Team in Lafayette and expanding the Woehrle Real Estate opportunity as a Boutique Brokerage to Lafayette and the surrounding communities.

Gregory possesses over 30 years of experience as a builder, developer and real estate broker. He has been an active church and community volunteer as well as youth league coach for basketball, baseball and volleyball. Gregory is completing his doctorate degree in Leadership Management at Capella University, Minneapolis, MN in 2019 and holds a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has a California State Contractor’s License, Class B. Gregory graduated from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Public Administration in 1988.
